Maan Karate Review and Analysis

There was a lot a buzz before the release of Maan karate! Did the movie really live up to the expectation and hype?
The Answer is yes, but in parts. The movie starts off well at the beginning, but as the movie progresses the speed and the plot becomes weak and predictable, especially in the second half the screenplay is very sluggish and the plot is very  predictable!

The main positives of the movie are the witty one-liner from Sathish and Siva Karthikeyan which makes the first half somewhat intriguing with comedy as relief, Siva has done his job well. Anirudh's songs are peppy and visualized in a splendid way. Cinematography by Sukumar is brilliant.

On the negative side, the screenplay is very slow and poorly sequenced or structured completely failing to justify the good story penned by the Ace director A.R Murugadoss. Though the Songs are a treat to watch, BGM from Anirudh could have been better! The second half is somewhat a let down in all aspects considering its first half was entertaining.
On the whole if this movie if it was packaged well, with good screenplay could have done wonder's at the Box office!

Trade analysis and prediction :
Though Maan Karate is getting mixed reviews, there is an ample scope for the movie to click at the Box office considering the Good response from online ticket sales and Siva Karthi's strong bond with Family household, but said that, if the mouth talk spread's in a negative way it may create a negative impact at the Box office. True Trade verdict could only be known by next week!!
